To downgrade from any version higher than 3.02.02 back to 3.02.02, follow the following steps PRECISELY:

1.  Close and uninstall current PC2TV software.  Reboot if prompted.

2.  Make sure C:PC2TV folder no longer exists.  If it is still there, delete it.

3.  Download www.internetvue.com/drivers/3.02.02_firmware_downgrade.zip.  While downloading, connect your internetvue to your router/network using the included Ethernet cable.  Power it up and make sure an Wired IP address comes up on screen.

4.  Unzip the downloaded file to a temporary folder and install.

5.  Run the PC2TV software.  Clicking on "Select TV" then clicking on "Connect via Direct Connect ID", and enter the IP address shown on your InternetVue display.  Once it connects, it will prompt you to upgrade to the latest version "3.06.99" although it's really downgrading to 3.02.02.  Click Yes.

6.  When complete, close and uninstall this PC2TV software.  Reboot if prompted.

7.  Download www.internetvue.com/drivers/3.02.02.zip

8.  Unzip the downloaded file to a temporary folder and install.

Your EV-2100 now has v3.02.02 firmware and your Windows application is also V3.02.02.
